Авторская арт-терапевтическая методика «Карта моей травмы» в работе с психологической травмой

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с психологической работой с психологической травмой и посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством в методе арт-терапии. Дано понятие психологической травмы и посттравматического стрессового расстройства. Обозначено, что при определенных условиях переживание травматических событий может привести к положительным изменениям и посттравматическому росту. Выделены параметры, выступающие факторами, определяющими посттравматический личностный рост: смысл жизни, обретение которого способствует субъективному благополучию; забота о себе; понимание происходящего и размышления над основными ценностями; психологически богатая жизнь. В качестве инструмента работы с травматическими переживаниями предложена арт-терапевтическая методика, базирующаяся на технологии картирования эмоций. Методика «Карта моей травмы» и технология работы с ней описаны в статье, даны комментарии по ее применению.
