Проблемы адаптации и нарушения социального функционирования лиц с биполярным аффективным расстройством II типа

В статье представлен анализ основных теоретических подходов к нарушению адаптации и социального функционирования пациентов с биполярным расстройством. Рассмотрены основные подходы к социально-психологической адаптации в отечественной и зарубежной психологии. Раскрыто понятие устойчивости как способности к восстановлению и позитивному росту после периодов нарушения адаптированности. Обозначены основные сферы нарушения социального функционирования в период патопсихологических проявлений у пациентов с биполярным аффективным расстройством: нарушения межличностного и социального функционирования, профессиональной и учебной деятельности, идентичности, представлений о себе, эмоционального регулирования, способности к самообслуживанию. Представлены результаты исследования, подтвердившие гипотезу о снижении адаптированности и социального функционирования в периоды патопсихологических проявлений (21 человек). Полученные данные могут служить основой для эффективного сопровождения пациентов с биполярным аффективным расстройством.
