Подходы к пониманию фрустрации

Аннотация

Отмечается, что недавние события, связанные с пандемией COVID-19, вооруженным конфликтом между Россией и Евросоюзом, актуализировали панические и стрессовые состояния у большинства населения. Это тесно связано с фрустрациями в реализации привычных для индивидов потребностей. Представлено пять основных подходов к пониманию фрустрации. Анализируется, что в эвристической теории фрустрации S. Rosenzweig рассматриваются два типа фрустрационной реакции и направленности. Делается акцент на определении автором понятия «фрустрационная толерантность», под которой понимается психобиологическая способность субъекта преодолевать сложные ситуации. В теории фрустрационной фиксации N. R. B. Maier основной акцент делается на трансформации цели фрустрированного субъекта. Теория фрустрационной регрессии (Т. Dembо, C. Lawrence) предполагает, что индивид в случае столкновения с фрустрационными факторами может обратиться к ранним моделям поведения. В теории фрустрационной агрессии J. Dollard, L. W. Doob, N. E. Miller, O. H. Mowrer, R. R. Sears утверждают, что помеха к достижению цели (фрустрация) приводят к внутреннему возбуждению личности, что сопровождается агрессией. В модели стресса и преодоления R. Lazarus, S. Folkman понимание фрустрации и стресса основывается на когнитивной оценке влияния фрустрационных факторов на благополучие личности. Делается вывод о том, что основные концепции фрустрации дополняют друг друга в понимании этого феномена.
