Технологии «Яйцо травмы» М. Мюррей и «Яйцо радости» О. Андронниковой в работе с психологической травмой

Цель статьи – описание практической технологии работы с травматическими переживаниями. Представлен анализ основных подходов к пониманию психологической травмы, возникающей в результате переживания детского негативного опыта, а также анализ последствий жестокого обращения в детстве, выполненный на материале отечественных и зарубежных исследований. Перечислены основные направления и технологии работы с последствием негативного детского опыта. Раскрыт подход М. Мюррей к работе с травматическими переживаниями. Рассмотрена структура личности как сочетание частей: «Естественный ребенок», «Плачущий/обиженный ребенок», «Контролирующий ребенок». Описана суть и структура работы с технологией «Яйцо травмы», дан алгоритм анализа и трансформации переживаний. Описан алгоритм и сущность технологии «Яйцо радости».
