Предикторы тревожности учащейся молодежи в период изоляции, связанной с пандемией COVID-19

Доказательства психологического стресса, связанного с пандемией COVID-19, были представлены во многих научных работах. В исследованиях особо отмечаются проявления тревоги, депрессии и т. д. среди студентов вузов, которые представляют собой уникальную группу, испытывающую постоянно повышенный психологический стресс, связанный с обучением в период пандемии. Целью настоящего исследования является определение факторов, обусловливающих выраженность тревоги студентов в период пандемии COVID-19. Данные самоотчетов о тревожности и психологическом дистрессе в результате воздействии COVID-19 были собраны на выборке студентов от 18 до 22 лет (N = 86), из них 53 женщины и 33 мужчины. Для изучения предикторов использовался множественный регрессионный анализ и критерий t-Стьюдента. Повышенный риск психологического стресса был связан с женским полом. Такие характеристики, как смущающийся, взволнованный и находящийся в смятении, при оценке своих качеств студентами в большей степени способствуют повышенной тревожности в период пандемии COVID-19. Психосемантическими предикторами личностной тревожности студентов выступают такие качества, как испуганный и слабый, что соответствует тревожно-боязливому типу личности. Также триггерами тревожных расстройств у студентов могут выступать потеря контроля над ситуацией и необходимость проявления личной инициативы, особенно в межличностной сфере жизнедеятельности. В заключение выделяются факторы, связанные с повышенным риском развития психологического стресса у студентов из-за пандемии COVID-19, которые можно использовать для психологических вмешательств.Библиографические ссылки
